Join us for a day of cultivating the four immeasurables of lovingkindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity. We’ll alternate silent meditation and contemplation with gentle qigong.
Bring a bag lunch. The vicarage is well supplied with meditation cushions and stools.
